Does your online store offer coupons?

Will you ship the same day that I place my order?

Is it authentic Crystal?
- We take great pride in selling ONLY unique and high-quality crystals and if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them for a full refund.
What is the difference between Hot-fix Flat backs and Non Hot-fix Flat backs?
- Hot-fix Flat backs are pre-coated with a heat-sensitive glue.
- Hot-fix Flat backs are recommended for fabric. It is not recommended for leather, rubber, paper or plastic.
- To apply the Hot-fix crystals you will need a special tool applicator.
- Non Hot-fix Flat backs or Rhinestones Flat backs can be applied to almost everything, including fabric, using a standard glue like E-6000.
