Is there a minimum order in your online store?

  • No minimum order required.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • I accept most major debit/credit cards and Paypal.

Do you have a physical store?

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to visit my shop.

Can I buy online and pick up in your store? (Local customers)

  • Absolutely! When you place an order online choose option In-store Pickup during the checkout process.
  • You can pay online or you can pay in the store, that's your choice.
  • If you prefer to pay in the store, you can pay with cash, check or credit card.
  • Unclaimed orders will be cancelled after 3 days of placing your order (only if you haven't paid).
  • You will receive a notification by e-mail about the status of your order once completed.

Do you take international orders?

  • Currently, I'm only taking orders from United States and Canada.

Can I place a special order from Swarovski?

  • Yes, you can! If you want a product that is not listed online you can request it.
  • Special orders are sold ONLY by the full factory package(s) and not parcial packs or loose crystals.
  • Special orders require a 20% deposit of the total amount.
  • Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Most special orders arrive within one week to my place, depending on availability from Swarovski®.

Does your online store offer coupons?

  • I occasionally send out coupons via e-mail to my customers. You need to create an account with SKYBEADSONLINE.COM and have elected to receive e-mail promotions from us.
  • Coupons are ONLY valid for online purchases and cannot be redeemed for in-store purchases.
  • Coupons are valid once and have an expiration date.

Will you ship the same day that I place my order?

  • Sure thing! Only if you place your order before 2:00PM CT, during a business day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day. Shipping

Can I make changes to my order?

  • Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, you can modify your order if you want.
  • Call or send me a text message to (956)844-5909 to make the necessary changes.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If you changed your mind or for any reason you wish to cancel your order give me a call immediately.
  • If your order has already been shipped, there is no way to cancel your order. However, you can return it once you receive it. Click here for more info.

Can I return an item?

  • Sure. You can return any item if you want. Returns

I received a wrong item, what should I do?

  • Every order is double checked to ensure accuracy.
  • However, in case you receive a wrong item, please give me a call to resolve the problem.

How can I track my order?

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
  • Also, if you created an account with us, sign in and click MY ACCOUNT to check for your order details, including the tracking number.

 Is it authentic Swarovski?

What is the difference between Hot-fix Flatbacks and Non Hot-fix Flatbacks?

  • Hot-fix Flatbacks are pre-coated with a heat-sentive glue.
  • Hot-fix Flatbacks are recommended for fabric. It is not recommended for leather, rubber, paper or plastic.
  • To apply the Hot-fix crystals you will need a special tool applicator.
  • Non Hot-fix Flatbacks or Rhinestones Flatbacks can be applied to almost everything, including fabric, using a standard glue like E-6000.
  • Non Hot-fix Flatbacks or Rhinestones Flatbacks are very popupar in the nail industry. Click here to buy.
  • Another difference is the price, Hot-fix crystals are more expensive.
Is your inventory up-to-date?
  • Yes, in order to make your shopping experience easier inventory is updated automatically, and I also keep an eye on it on a daily basis - that way you don't get charged for something that is not in stock.
  • Every product description shows the stock quantities, so you know in advance if something is currently available, out of stock, or back-ordered.

PRICING QUESTIONS

 Do you have the same prices online and in your physical store?

  • Prices may vary, I round the numbers in the store and each product includes sales tax.
  • If you order online and pickup in the store I will adjust the total to the lowest price.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

  • For a better deal check out Swarovski Factory Packs
  • In addition to these low prices, I offer the following discounts for resellers and bulk orders:
    1. 5% off on orders over $1,000 + Free FedEx 2-Day shipping.
    2. 10% off on orders over $2,500 + Free FedEx 2-Day shipping.

Do you charge sales tax?

  • Sales tax is only charged for customers living in Texas to the current 8.25% rate.
