COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE: Due to the current pandemic crisis, shipping times are so unpredictable. Most orders are shipped the same day you place an order, but they are taking longer than usual to be delivered. Be aware of potential shipping delays before you place an order on our website.
Please note that we don't guarantee delivery by a specific date. This is completely out of our control. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.
Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 2:00PM Central Time will ship out the same day (excluding holidays).
- Most US orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via the e-mail provided.
- Please note that shipping times are an estimate, and are not guaranteed.

If you are not happy with any item for any reason, please return it within 15 days of the date of purchase for a full refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.
Factory Packages are not returnable or refundable once opened.
- Please send returns in a padded envelope or box to the address below.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
